The brief: Design a logo and brand identity that will stand out on Mulberry Street in Little Italy NYC

Osteria Barroca is a new restaurant nestled in the heart of Little Italy. The challenge was to design a logo that balances tradition and modernity—capturing the rich heritage of Italian cuisine while presenting a fresh, contemporary look. The result is an elegant visual identity that reflects the restaurant’s authentic roots while appealing to a modern audience. The branding project encompassed a refined wordmark, a timeless emblem inspired by classic Italian motifs, a sophisticated color palette rooted in earthy tones, and the development of a cohesive visual system across menus, signage, and digital presence, all reinforcing Osteria Barroca’s unique blend of old-world charm and modern dining.
