The brief: Defining and launching a new banking platform for medical practices
Chello is a banking platform for small and medium-sized health practices in the US. It provides quick and easy funding through a 'Boost' line of credit. When paired with their intelligent analytics dashboard, this lending solution enables medical practices to have control over their cash flow.
We collaborated with the Chello team to identify opportunities for breaking into the US market, developing a partnership growth strategy, and formulating a bang-for-their-buck channel strategy. At each stage, the strategy was informed by medical practice data from Chello’s tech partner.
From there, we built the brand from the ground up, including naming, visual identity, voice, and website. Additionally, we developed the back-end UX and UI of the product.
We have launched the website and commenced organic social activity. We developed launch campaign videos and acquisition marketing materials.
The concept behind the Chello brand is banking, turbocharged. The brand identity symbolizes circuits and connectivity, representing the power and efficiency behind seamless cash flow management.
