The brief: A modern, lively brand refresh for a baby & kids store in Miami
Ideal baby is a family owned and run store based in Miami, FL. As they evolve their business to be successful in the digital world, they also needed a brand identity refresh that appeals to Miami parents and beyond.
We worked together to refresh up the design of their existing logo, liven up their color palette and image style, and create a bespoke suite of graphic assets and templates for them to use in digital marketing.

The client opted for Route A. From there, I refined the initial idea and built out the brand identity.
Color & Typography
The Logo
When we kicked off the brand project, Ideal Baby’s visual identity was limited to just a logo. There was a lot of equity and affinity toward the existing logo. After exploring other options, we ultimately decided to give it a face lift.
We chose a more modern font, aligned the colors to the new palette and refined the design of the & symbol.
